Age groups

Your child will train with their age group.

Often the larger group is separated into smaller teams to learn their routines. Decorative image

We do this so your child works with children of a similar ability.

We currently offer calisthenics to 4 age groups:

  • Sub-Juniors, aged 6 to 8 years*
    • year of birth 2018, 2019, 2020
  • Sub-Juniors, aged 8 to 10 years*
    • year of birth 2016, 2017, 2018
  • Juniors, aged 11 to 13 years*
    • year of birth 2013, 2014, 2015
  • Intermediates, aged 14 to 17 years*
    • year of birth 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009

*Age as at 31 December 2026
