Age groups

Your child will train with their age group. Often the larger group is separated into smaller teams to learn their routines. This ensures that your child works with children of a similar ability.

We currently offer calisthenics to 4 age groups:

  • Sub-Juniors Saturday - children aged from 5 to 7 years*
  • Sub-Juniors Tuesday - children aged from 8 to 10 years* (children aged from 6 to 7 years - existing members only)
  • Juniors - children aged from 11 to 13 years*
  • Intermediates - children aged from 14 to 17 years*

*age as of 31 December each year
